Dean's primary responsibility is to ensure tenant satisfaction by maintaining properties to the highest standards, addressing maintenance needs promptly, and ensuring that all facilities are in optimal condition. His experience plays a key role in maintaining the quality and value of our properties.
Carolina is responsible for overseeing service requests, work orders, and maintenance schedules, as well as negotiating and quoting repair and replacement costs. She manages the DMV processes for mobile homes and coordinates the after-hours emergency call system with third-party support. Additionally, Carolina works closely with tenants to ensure that maintenance requests are promptly addressed and that tenants are fully informed of their responsibilities. She also maintains effective communication to ensure timely rent payments and resolve any concerns.
Brittany is responsible for both residential and commercial leasing. Her primary goal is to provide an exceptional experience for our tenants throughout the leasing process. Brittany’s role includes, but is not limited to, marketing and advertising available properties, preparing and reviewing tenant applications, conducting market research, and onboarding new tenants. She works diligently to ensure that all properties remain fully leased while maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction and professionalism.
Hector is known for his exceptional positive attitude, which is essential in providing a great experience for our tenants. His primary goal is to promptly address tenant requests and resolve any maintenance issues, ensuring their satisfaction. Hector also plays a vital role in maintaining the condition of our properties, contributing to the overall care of our tenants and value of our assets.
Chris is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including reconciling tenant ledgers, and processing utility payments. He assists in preparing financial reports for management and ensures that all accounting records are accurate and up to date. Additionally, Chris helps maintain the smooth flow of financial operations by supporting the team with routine accounting functions and providing timely financial information as needed.
